    Fergie et la BBC ont enterré la hache de guerre. Il va de nouveau être présent pour les interviews. Ca aura duré 7 ans cette histoire.

    Une fois encore c'est lui le plus fort, la BBC a certainement du lui présenter des excuses car ils ont besoin de lui et non l'inverse.

    former Udinese coach Adriano Fedele has apparently advised Alexis Sanchez to head to Old Trafford. "If I were him, I would go to Manchester United," said Fedele. "Ferguson is the right coach for him and, more than the others, would be able to enhance his quality."

    United staff signal Stekelenburg arrival

     

    Man Utd goalkeeping coach Eric Steele has told a former colleague that Ajax's Maarten Stekelenburg will be the Reds new number one.

     

    Belgian newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws reported that Steele had contacted former Birmingham City goalkeeper Nico Vaesen about Racing Genk's 18-year-old prospect Thibault Courtois recently.

     

    During the conversation Steele reportedly told Vaesen, now a player agent, that Dutch international Stekelenburg was not just United's first choice to replace Edwin van der Sar, but that a deal was already in place to bring him to Old Trafford.

     

    The 28-year-old, who came through the same system as van der Sar and was his understudy at international level for several seasons, appears to have the qualities that Sir Alex Ferguson is searching for.

     

    He is more experienced than the likes of reported 'targets' Manuel Neuer and David de Gea, having played in the World Cup final last summer, and he speaks fluent English - which Ferguson demands in his goalkeepers after learning the hard way with Massimo Taibi and Fabien Barthez.

     

    Ferguson likes to play games with the press to keep them guessing about his targets but United coach Rene Meulensteen, speaking in January, also revealed that the 6ft 6inch-tall Stekelenburg was their number one.

     

    "Stekelenburg is indeed the goalkeeper who is at the top of our wanted list," Meulensteen said. "We have naturally been talking a lot among ourselves about who should replace Van der Sar. Alex Ferguson has spoken about Stekelenburg with Edwin and that does not seem strange to me at all."

     

    Courtois, the Racing Genk keeper, now appears to be on the radar to one day succeed Stekelenburg.

     

    Eric Steele a contacté Genk au sujet de Thibaut Courtois et leur aurait dit que Sketelenburg sera notre nouveau gardien de buts.

    Je sais pas ce qu'il vaut. Bonne affaire ou pas ?

    Voilà situation typique, on va se faire b****r bien profond par Chelski. J'arrive même pas à croire qu'on en soit arrivé là avec le trou d'air énorme qu'ont connu Arsenul et les russes.

    On devrait déjà être champions à l'heure qu'il est. Si on perd dimanche c'est fini. Mais on a été nul contre les gros cette saison et ça on risque de le payer très cher.

    En tout cas si on n' est pas champion je prendrais un sérieux recul avec le foot. Ça serait une énorme injustice avec la FA et les arbitres qui font tout pour nous mettre des bâtons dans les roues et favoriser le clan d'Abramovitch.
